Dataset 🔬📁¶
We have collected 153 WSIs from 6 different pathology departments and are annotating 231 ROIs for monocytes and lymphocytes with dot annotations. The ROIs have an area of 0.32 ± 0.22 mm2, with an expected average of 350 lymphocytes and 180 monocyte annotations per WSI.
During the training stage, we will make the following data available per case:
- 1 - 3 different scans of the PAS slide: CPG profile, diagnostic profile (if available), and original scan (if available)
- 1 IHC slide (CD3 CD20 PU.1) (either a re-stain or a consecutive stain)
All slides are co-registered. The IHC staining is used to guide the annotations on the PAS slide, using markers specific for monocytes (PU.1, colored purple) and lymphocytes (CD3CD20, colored brown).
Only the PAS WSI scanned with the CPG profile will be used during the validation and test phase.
Below is an example of an ROI with a zoomed-in view of a PAS slide with the annotations.
